The Taste of Heritage Gala is more than a night of fine dining—it's a tribute to culinary brilliance, rich cultural legacy, and the enduring impact of our late founder, Thomas W. Dortch, Jr.

Formerly known as Chefs of the World, this 19th annual celebration brings together community, culture, and cuisine to support scholarships for students attending Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and the sustainability of these institutions.
